I am Haarika Nidadavolu, a student of East Lake High School in Sammamish Washington. I have started TodayIsOurFuture, a non-profit organization with the vision to make everyone develop a sustainable living mindset. I believe every action, however small it is can help save our planet and secure our future. I am inspired by the “pale blue dot”, the infamous photograph of earth taken by Voyager-1 spacecraft from 3.4 billion miles. That tiny dot in this vast universe is the only known planet to harbor life that we call our home, the Earth.
